NFL News: Albert Haynesworth Passes Conditioning Test

News

It only took him ten days.

Haynesworth came in early on Saturday and passed the conditioning test by running 2 300 yard shuttles in 66 and 70 seconds. Haynesworth will now be allowed to practice with his fellow teammates.

Haynesworth was the only Redskins player who had to pass the test. He had to take the test because he missed offseason training instead training with his own personal trainer, while demanding a trade.

Coach Mike Shanahan said Haynesworth would begin practice Saturday afternoon working with the second team defense.
