The fighter salaries for UFC 117 have been released by the California State Athletic Commission, with only the base pay of World Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva and Hall of Famer Matt Hughes being in six figures, with Silva earning $320,000 and Hughes $260,000. The full list of payouts is as follows:

Anderson Silva: $320,000 (includes $60,000 “Fight of the Night” bonus, $60,000 “Submission of the Night” bonus) defeated Chael Sonnen: $95,000 (includes $60,000 “Fight of the Night” bonus)

Jon Fitch: $108,000 (includes $54,000 win bonus) defeated Thiago Alves: $60,000

Clay Guida: $56,000 (includes $28,000 win bonus) defeated Rafael dos Anjos: $12,000

Matt Hughes: $260,000 (includes $100,000 win bonus, $60,000 “Submission of the Night bonus) defeated Ricardo Almeida: $35,000

Junior dos Santos: $80,000 (includes $40,000 win bonus) defeated Roy Nelson: $15,000

Rick Story: $22,000 (includes $11,000 win bonus) defeated Dustin Hazelett: $18,000

Phil Davis: $18,000 (includes $9,000 win bonus) defeated Rodney Wallace: $6,000

Johny Hendricks: $40,000 (includes $20,000 win bonus) defeated Charlie Brenneman: $8,000

Tim Boetsch: $32,000 (includes $16,000 win bonus) defeated Todd Brown: $6,000

Stefan Struve: $90,000 (includes $15,000 win bonus, $60,000 “Knockout of the Night bonus) defeated Christian Morecraft: $6,000

Dennis Hallman: $30,000 (includes $15,000 win bonus) defeated Ben Saunders: $12,000

Please note that these figures only cover each fighter’s base pay plus any performance bonuses they received. It does not include any additional payments fighters recieve from Zuffa such as a cut of the pay per view venue or so-called ‘locker room bonsues’
