With the success of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (and its subsequent novels) worldwide, it was only a matter of time before star Noomi Rapace came to America. E! Online [via The Hollywood Reporter] reports that Noomi Rapace, the Swedish star of the movie adaptation of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, has been cast as the female lead in Sherlock Holmes 2. This will be her first English-speaking role.
