Well, he was, he was a damn skeleton after Drax fragged him. Fortunately for the universe….unfortunately for Drax…and Thanos, the Mad Titan returned to life. As part of his unwilling resurrection he was given another little side effect to go with the Avatar of Death deal…he can’t die. Ever. Death has rejected him as if his name was Lobo, and Thanos is now cursed with eternal life.
