Reports: Carl Froch vs. Arthur Abraham postponed

News

German newspaper Bild is reporting that the eagerly anticipated but much troubled Super Six bout between Carl Froch and Arthur Abraham will NOT be taking place on October 2nd. The paper is reporting that the fight has been postponed due to Carl Froch injuring his back in training and that the fight will take place at a later date in Monaco. If this turns out to be true then it will be another set back for the troubled tournament, with its very future thrown into doubt by the withdrawal of Mikkel Kessler and Showtime being forced to issue legal notices to Andre Ward and Andre Dirrell over their failure to agree arrangements for their match.
