Thor, in this issue, is covered in a golem by Odin, which allows him to stand against Ulana Thoth, the invaders from beyond the nine realms. Standing against them, however, will only cost Thor Midgard (Earth) so he decides to use Odin’s sword to cleave the World Tree at its roots.
Glazer’s Take: Dues Ex Machina rears its ugly head. While I have at least enjoyed everything else by Fraction, this arc has been a total miss. I trust him enough to keep going, but only for one more arc.
