Well, let’s start with where they all began.
The Hood had Power, Reality, and Space, while Thor had time, and Mind and Soul were still safely stored away.
Red Hulk captured the Power Gem, leaving Hood with just Reality and Space, but the gems seek each other out.
Hood captured the Mind Gem after a telepathic battle with Professor X, and then used the power of his three gems to seek out where Dr. Strange stored the Soul Gem.
So by issues end?
The Hood has Reality, Space, and Mind.
Thor has Time.
Red Hulk has Power.
As for Soul? Well, that’s another Spoiler altogether….
