Two days ago Matthew Modine, Tom Conti and Joey King joined Christopher Nolan’s Batman swan song The Dark Knight Rises. Variety is now reporting Brett Cullen and Chris Ellis are joining the film as the judge and the priest respectively.
Both Cullen and Ellis are known for having roles in Apollo 13. Cullen previously starred in Ghostrider as well as the television series Lost. Ellis has had roles in such films as Transformers and Catch Me If You Can.
With filming already underway, the Christopher Nolan directed film is slated for release next summer on July 20, 2012.
