Having captured Alastor, the Legion tries to return him to the future in a time bubble. Alastor, though, is infected and displaying metahuman powers, which disrupt the trip. Tellus tries to contain him, but Yera tells him to release Alastor so she can try and contain him as Gates says he can teleport him into space.
The two of them stepping on each others heels leads to Yera being cut in half by one of Gates teleport gates as they both scream in pain. The time sphere explodes, the Legion escapes, but there is no sign of either. Not until Timberwolf smells the air…their ‘organic residue’ is falling with the rain. They’re gone.
