A fan caught Randy Orton on film during an autograph signing. In the video, the fan asks if the Royal Rumble PPV will be in St Louis. Orton originally assures the fan that it will be, before the WWE official standing nearby quickly asserts that it’s just a “strong rumor”. At that point, Randy reiterates what the official says, but only after his adamant “yes”.
