In a recent interview, Jessica Lowndes confirmed that her 90210 character Adrianna would return to music, but that it would be very different from the last time.
“In this week’s episode, Adrianna performs a song called ‘Fool’ — which is actually one of my real songs from my EP coming out later this year,” she said. “Where last year saw Ade fame-driven and obsessed with the idea of celebrity, she now comes from a truthful place. She doesn’t want to have anything to do with the industry, but ends up singing at the last second at Raj’s cancer treatment fundraiser.”
The song will apparently impact the rest of the season.
American Idol alum will also make an appearance on the show playing the role of Sally (Austin’s cousin).
