A new lawsuit alleges that Adam Lambert broke American Idol rules when he appeared on the 8th season of the show. He allegedly had a previously existing record contract when applying for the show. In a stunning coincidence of timing, the record company that supposedly had a contract with Lambert is now readying his older material for release, after he became wildly popular.
