– Image is releasing Image United 1-3 digitally this week. The series was beat to hell by critics. And it was a 6 issue series, where issue 3 was late, and the rest never came out as far as I know. Why would you want to immortalize this??? That said, I am a fan of these characters, so if the price is like 99 cents I might try it out of a morbid curiosity.
Addendum: okay, this is odd. Last night, I was flipping through Image’s digital listings seeing if they had any older Image titles (sadly, the only one they really have is Savage Dragon), and saw that Image United was already available digitally. Not sure why this is on the ship list for the week.
– I didn’t realize Superman Beyond was starting all ready! Been looking forward to this!
– Also nice that DC is released a Night of the Owls booklet (I assume it will be free). I am a regular Batman reader and even I’m not sure which issues are included in this crossover.
– Nice that Marvel is finally posting the first 7 issues of Daredevil’s current run. Artist Paolo Rivera had told me on Twitter that it was coming this year, and I was worried it would be closer to the end of the year.
– Seven Soldiers is now available digital. I had mixed feelings about those books. Some were good, some weren’t. It was an interesting experiment though.
