John Legend will be taking over on ABC’s “Duets” as a mentor, according to Billboard. Lionel Ritchie had been the main star of the show, but was forced to leave due to “personal scheduling conflicts”. Perhaps it also had something to do with having an actual hit album again and not needing a bottom-feeding reality show any longer, but that’s merely speculation.
