The band Live are suing former lead singer Ed Kowalczyk for $2 million, citing brand dilution. Kowalczyk has being touring as “Ed Kowalczyk of Live” during his recent solo stint, and the band (or more accurately a company formed by the band on their behalf) seek to protect their trademarks. Did anyone even know any of them were still putting out records?
