ROUND 1- Randy Corley officiates for the third straight bout as we open the televised portion of the preliminary card. de Randamie is a tall woman for the division. Kedzie goes for a takedown but de Randamie pushes her off. Kedzie knocks de Randamie down with a left hand and rushes in but de Randamie grabs her and pins her against the cage. The women are clinched against the cage and de Randamie lands some knees. Kedzie lands some small short punches. de Randamie is holding Kedzie in the clinch. Kedzie tries to break it but can’t. de Randamie lands some more knees. Kedzie keeps trying to escape but can’t and de Randamie lands some more knees. Kedzie forces a switch and has de Randamie against the cage. de Randamie switches. de Randamie lands a knee to the head. She lands some more knees and Kedzie still can’t break the clinch. The crowd begins to boo as they wanna see the women separate. The referee splits them up. Kedzie lands an inside leg kick. de Randamie with a big body kick though Kedzie grabs the leg. They clinch again against the cage and Kedzie has de Randamie against the cage. de Randamie is using her strength and lands some knees. Kedzie is able to push her off. de Randamie misses a big right hand as the round ends. 10-9 de Randamie.
ROUND 2- de Randamie starts off with an inside leg kick. Kedzie is bleeding from the nose. Kedzie with a push kick. Kedzie misses a big right hand. de Randamie lands a front kick to the body. de Randamie just barely misses a big head kick. de Randamie lands a right hand. Kedzie with a body kick. Kedzie misses an uppercut. Kedzie with an inside leg kick. Kedzie lands a body kick followed by an uppercut but de Randamie counters with a right hand. de Randamie is keeping Kedzie away with her reach. Kedzie rushes in and scores a takedown. She looks to move into side control as she is in the half-guard of de Randamie. Kedzie looks to transition to an arm-triangle position. Kedzie is smothering de Randamie. Both are looking to improve their position but not a lot going on. de Randamie is using her strength to keep Kedzie pinned up against her. Kedzie is looking to get her right leg extended. ROUND 3- This round likely decides it. Both come out with leg kicks. Kedzie is coming out strong against de Randamie as they clinch up. Kedzie almost gets a takedown but de Randamie is blocking it. de Randamie has Kedzie pinned against the cage in the clinch. de Randamie lands some knees. Kedzie with some small short uppercuts. Both women are tired as they’re against the cage. They exchange position switches. de Randamie lands a few more knees. de Randamie with a knee to the face of Kedzie as they split. de Randamie lands a right hand that fazes Kedzie. ROUND 1- Herb Dean makes his first appearance on the night. Herman starts off with a combination and a left hook. Smith forces a clinch and lands a knee as he has Herman against the cage. Smith lands a knee while Herman lands some uppercuts. Smith lands another knee to the body. Herman answers with his own knees. Smith lands two more big knees to the body of Herman. Smith lands some right hands as he controls with an underhook. Smith with more big knees as they separate. Herman lands a big left hook that forces Smith back. They trade and clinch again. Herman lands a big uppercut and both connect with knees as they split. Herman lands a big right hand. Smith lands a right hand that rocks Herman. Smith with a left hook. Smith with an inside leg kick. Herman lands an uppercut that rocks Smith. Both land a knee and Herman rocks Smith with a right hand. They clinch and Smith pushes Herman against the cage. Herman with some uppercuts.Smith with a big knee and they separate. Herman lands another uppercut. Herman misses a combo as Smith circles away. Smith goes for a takedown but Herman defends it and they end in a clinch. Herman lands some uppercuts and rocks Smith. Both are swinging as a fun round comes to an end. Close round. 10-9 Herman.
ROUND 2- They come right back into the action as the second round starts. Smith lands a kick and Herman rocks him with a right hand. Smith goes to his knees and Herman drops down and grabs Smith’s neck. They split and get to the feet and Smith lands a big kick. Smith with an overhand right. Herman lands a nice left hook. Smith with a left hook and a kick and Herman initiates a clinch. Smith has Herman against the cage. Herman lands an uppercut and is looking for a takedown. They split. Herman lands a jab. Smith misses on some punches. Herman lands a pushing jab. Smith with a leg kick and Herman complains of an eye poke. Herman rocks Smith with a left hand after Smith lands a kick. Smith goes for a takedown and gets it. Herman is looking to wall walk as he has his back against the cage. Herman gets to his feet and the split. Herman lands an uppercut on the break. Both men throw and land hard punches. Both land big shots including a big knee from Smith. Herman goes for a takedown but it is defended. Herman lands some more uppercuts. Smith lands a knee as they struggle to break. Herman lands a knee and then scores a takedown and is in side control. Smith has Herman’s neck but the round is gonna come to an end. ROUND 3- The crowd gives them a huge hand to start the final round. Smith starts with a leg kick but Herman backs him up. Smith comes back with a left hook and then a right hand. Herman gets a takedown and has Smith against the cage. Herman looks for mount but Smith is attempting a guillotine choke. Smith looks to get it in but Herman escapes and is looking for a choke of his own. Herman has an arm-triangle locked in but Smith is surviving. Herman tries to step over but loses position. Smith tries to scramble and they get back to the feet. Herman lands a big right hand. Herman lands a lead left hand. Both look tired. Herman stuffs a takedown attempt from Smith as they clinch against the cage. Smith with a knee to the body. Herman lands a knee and a short left hand. They trade knees and then break. Herman lands a knee. Smith with a grazing left hand. Smith with a kick that lands to the cup of Herman. A break in the action. Back to action and Smith lands a leg kick and a left hook. Both exchange as Herman looks for a takedown. Smith with a head kick and Herman clinches with Smith. Both men with knees to the body. Herman with uppercuts as Smith lands to the body. They break. ROUND 1- Steve Newport draws his first fight on the night. Cruickshank took this fight on short notice. Both men are feeling each other out to start. Cruickshank lands a big head kick. Edwards lands his own head kick in retaliation. Edwards misses on a body punch. They exchange combinations. Edwards with a leg kick. Cruickshank misses a right hand. Both exchange punches. Edwards with a kick to the thigh. Cruickshank misses a head kick. Cruickshank with a head kick followed by kicks to the body and legs. Both men are circling as they are still feeling each other out. Edwards lands some nice body shots as Cruickshank lands one of his own. Edwards with a leg kick. Cruickshank lands a punch to Edwards’ face. Edwards with some nice punches as Cruickshank lands some nice punches as well. Cruickshank with a roundhouse kick but Edwards isn’t fazed. Cruickshank lands another head kick and Edwards backs up. Edwards with a leg kick. Both change punches and Cruickshank lands a head kick. Edwards lands a straight left hand. Cruickshank with a high kick but Edwards shakes it off. Cruickshank with a body kick followed by a body punch. Edwards blocks a head kick from Cruickshank. Edwards with a low kick followed by a head kick. Edwards lands a nice combination on Cruickshank. Cruickshank with a lunging kick and he lands another kick and punch. Cruickshank misses a flying kick. Cruickshank with a spinning back fist. The round comes to a close. ROUND 3- Both take the center quickly. Both exchange punches. Cruickshank using good movement and circling as he keeps Edwards off balance. Both having trouble in landing punches. Edwards with a kick to the body but Cruickshank counters with some punches. Cruickshank with a roundhouse head kick that lands. Both land punches in the pocket. Cruickshank misses a kick. He misses another but gets a body punch in. Edwards with a combo as he tries to attack Cruickshank. Cruickshank misses an axe kick as both are looking for an opening. They trade leg kicks and punches. Cruickshank lands a high kick. Cruickshank lands a body kick as Edwards blocks it heading to the head. Cruickshank with a spinning wheel kick that just misses. Danzig with a leg kick and Guillard lands a right hand. They clinch and Guillard has Danzig against the cage. Knee to the body from Guillard. Another knee from Guillard. They break. Guillard misses another big right hand. Danzig is bleeding from the bridge of his nose. Guillard with a leg kick followed by a big overhand right. Guillard with a leg kick. Danzig misses a punch and they clinch against the cage. Guillard with an elbow on the break. Danzig with a soft leg kick. Guillard with a combo. Guillard lands a jab and Danzig lands a leg kick. Danzig with a leg kick. Danzig with a left hand and Guillard misses a counter. Guillard stumbles Danzig with a straight right hand. Danzig lands a leg kick followed by another. Danzig lands a left hand and Guillard has to use head movement. Guillard lands a left as Danzig lands a kick. Guillard with a big body kick. Danzig misses a left hand as Guillard ducks under. Guillard with a nice right hand and he has his timing down solid. Guillard drops Danzig with a big left hand and is swarming all over Danzig with hard punches. Guillard then knocks Danzig out cold and Danzig is down and out. Huge win for Guillard! Danzig was out cold following some hammerfists.

ROUND 1- Means took this fight on short notice and missed weight by four pounds. Both take the center of the Octagon and are feeling each other out. Castillo misses a head kick and falls to the ground. Means pounces but Castillo scores a takedown. Castillo on top and both are landing on the ground. Means is attacking well with punches to the body from the bottom. Castillo tries to improve but Means has a good grasp of him on the ground. Castillo looks to posture and land some punches. Castillo with punches to the body from the top. Castillo with an elbow but Means is still attacking from the bottom. Castillo with a big punch from the top. Castillo tries to posture but Means is keeping him down with his legs. Castillo is still landing from the top though. Means with body shots from the bottom. Means starts a scramble and gets to the feet but Castillo gets in a big slam. Castillo has the back of Means and has hooks in but Means causes a scramble back to the feet. Means lands a nice knee on the way up. Means scores with a big left hand. Means with a big knee. Castillo goes for a takedown and gets a big slam yet again. ROUND 2- Castillo comes out with a big right hand but Means backs him up with a kick. Castillo goes for a takedown but it is stuffed. Means lands a big knee as Castillo gets to his feet. Castillo whiffs on a leg kick. Castillo backs Means up as he tries to land a combination. Means misses on some left hands and Castillo misses on some counters. Castillo just misses a big right hand but then lands one. Means lands a left hand. Castillo with a high kick that Means mostly blocks. Castillo lands a big right hand. Castillo with a leg kick as Means looks to change his attack. Means lands a nice combination. Castillo lands to the body and Means misses on a counter. Castillo with a kick to the body. Castillo shoots in and scores a takedown. Means moves into full guard. Castillo with some elbows from the top. Means attacks from the bottom. Means tries to roll over and is boxing the ears of Castillo. Castillo with a big elbow and some shots to the body from the top position. Castillo stands and drops in with a right hand. Means with a big knee to the body of Castillo which backs Castillo up. Both land shots to the head at the same time. Castillo misses on a right hand but lands a high kick. Means with a front kick. Castillo with a left hand and Means asks him to attack. Castillo with a body kick. Means with a knee to Castillo. Means with a hard knee to the body that stuns Castillo. ROUND 1- Masvidal originally missed weight but made it within the extra two hours. Chiesa looks for a quick takedown but Masvidal is defending it well. Chiesa still has a leg but Masvidal escapes. Chiesa then gets the takedown but Masvidal is in a good position. Masvidal gets to his feet and Chiesa looks to take him back down. They clinch against the cage and Masvidal puts Chiesa against the cage. Chiesa with an elbow and then he drops Masvidal with a big punch. Chiesa looks to unload on the ground but Masvidal survives. Chiesa looks for a choke but loses position and they get back to the feet. Masvidal lands a big combo and a big body kick. Chiesa pushes forward and stuns Masvidal with a left hand. Chiesa has Masvidal against the cage but Masvidal switches. They break. Chiesa hurts Masvidal with a combo straight to the head. Chiesa with a body kick. Chiesa attacks with a combo and lands a right kick to the body. Chiesa just misses on a head kick. Chiesa with a body kick. Chiesa rocks Masvidal with a straight left hand. Masvidal with a nice body kick on Chiesa. Chiesa counters with a nice combination ending with a kick. Chiesa with another head kick. Masvidal clips Chiesa with a right hand and attacks the body. ROUND 2- Masvidal comes to the center as Chiesa stays on the outside of the Octagon. Chiesa backs Masvidal up with a combo. Chiesa goes for a takedown and gets it. Masvidal tries to scramble up but his back is against the cage. Masvidal looks to lock in the guillotine choke and has it in but Chiesa escapes. They spring back to their feet. Chiesa looks for another takedown but Masvidal is defending it. Chiesa still going for it but Masvidal steps over. Masvidal lights Chiesa up with a combination but Chiesa covered up. Masvidal with a body kick. Chiesa lands a combo and goes for the kick but Masvidal grabs his foot. Chiesa spins out but they end on the ground with Masvidal on top. Chiesa looks to roll and is going after an arm. Masvidal lands some punches from the top and is tagging Chiesa. Chiesa covers up but Masvidal lands some elbows. Masvidal gets back into half-guard. Masvidal with a knee to the body on the ground and he is hurting Chiesa with punches. Masvidal with many punches but Chiesa is surviving. Chiesa looks to roll again but Masvidal has him planted. Chiesa rolls to his knees and Masvidal takes his back. Masvidal with punches and is looking for the choke. Chiesa rolls but Masvidal has his neck. Masvidal looks for the D’arce choke and has it locked in as the round comes near and end. Chiesa taps out right before the end of the round. Tap out with one second left in the round. Big win for Masvidal.
