I’m moving to shorter articles and a more humorous style. I figure with the WWE Network you guys won’t need the heel profiles because you can see almost all of it on there. I will still put up The Freebirds’, Raven’s, and NWO Wolf-Pac Elite’s profiles eventually. I will also profile heels that are before the 1980’s because those guys were the real rule breaking pioneers, and I’ll cover Indy heels. All of this will be shorter because its easier to keep up with when I proofread, which is still hard for me.
Mania and Raw weren’t good times for the Heel Section. I thought I’d expose the cheating that I noticed from guys like Undertaker, Daniel Bryan, and later with Paige.
First the good parts of this post WrestleMania XXX week. How great was it seeing Brock beat that dead old fart? Unlike The LOD, and The Undertaker, Brock chose the right Paul. Finally the boys in the back will have a real locker room leader. Not some absentee retiree like Undertaker. I mean Undertaker’s gone all year and just pops in when he wants to. When Brock leaves for long periods it’s because he’s busy killing cute furry animals and throwing babies.
Another highlight was seeing AJ Lee retain her title. It was a hard-fought victory, as AJ had to fight the entire Diva roster. She held them off, and while most of them were knocked out on the floor, or too afraid to enter the ring. AJ forced Naomi’s hand to tap out, but only because Naomi wouldn’t give. I mean AJ doesn’t have all day to win a match, she’s the most popular female in WWE’s history…until Eva Marie wins the belt. The next night on Raw, AJ lost her title when Paige goaded her into putting her Diva’s Championship on the line. Paige is nothing to write home about. She’s a decent wrestler, but who watches Raw for the wrestling? I only watch it for JBL’s witty comments.
I’m positive Daniel Bryan won the WWE WHC at WrestleMania by cheating. He got pre match beat downs, during match beat downs, crooked refs against him, The Authority’s attacks, and still won. It’s obvious he cheated or he couldn’t have won? I think Batista should have won because he worked out so hard at the gym. Daniel Bryan isn’t even a proper champ. I mean do we really want our kids growing up to be smelly vegans? No we want our kids to get tattoos, build their bodies 24/7, and make John Morrison cry. I blame Miz for Daniel Bryan. It was Miz who taught Daniel Bryan everything he knows. Look at the old ROH videos, Daniel Bryan couldn’t wrestle worth shit. Miz made this champ, and now we’re stuck with him. Still I wonder why WWE keeps using those canned “YES” chants?
This week we also got a new Paul Heyman Guy. Cesaro is Heyman’s newest client. Basically Paul did Zeb a favor because Swagger is the moneymaker in The Real Americans. Also for the foreseeable future Paul will be managing the André portion of the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royale Trophy.
Hey how about that clinic Cena and Bray Wyatt put on at WrestleMania? I so interested in this match that I didn’t even notice it ended. That’s the kind of magic only WrestleMania can bring.
