Earlier, we told you about Andi Dorfman accepting Josh Murray’s proposal on tonight’s The Bachelorette finale.
What we didn’t expect (okay, maybe a little) was Nick not accepting Andi rejecting him.
On the post-show After The Final Rose special, which has become the site of many awkward exchanges (remember last year’s “interview” between host Chris Harrison and Juan Pablo?), tonight’s shocking revelations actually lived up to the pre-show hype.
When Nick Viall returned to confront Andi about her decision to choose Josh over him, he revealed what has previously only been a secret until now about what exactly happens on those Fantasy Suite dates.
After initially telling his former girlfriend that he is “eternally grateful” for opening him up to love and Andi confiding in him (and the world) that there was “nothing wrong” with their relationship “except something else was more right,” you knew that something was coming.
And it did.
“Knowing how in love with you I was,” Nick said, “if you weren’t in love with me, I’m just not sure why, like, you made love with me. Like, I don’t.”
Wow!
The newly-engaged former district attorney didn’t take to kind to the shot.
“First of all, I think that’s kinda below the belt,” Andi fumed. “I think that’s something that’s private and should be kept private.”
So ladies… anyone interested in dating Nick?
