Nick Diaz was arrested late Saturday.
The fighter who is scheduled to meet Anderson Silva on January 31 2015 was stopped by officers in Lodi, CA when officers suspected he was driving under the influence. The welterweight fighter was arrested at 2:20 AM on September 6 on suspicion of DUI, obstructing a police office, destruction of evidence and driving with a suspended license according to Sgt. Mike Kermgard of the Lodi Police Department.
