On WWE Monday Night Raw on February 29, 2016, Dean Ambrose was able to convince HHH to give him a shot at the World Title.
WWE had previously teased a possible HHH title defense at the March 12th “March to WrestleMania” Network special from Toronto. This is a house show that will air on the Network as a bridge between Fastlane and Wrestlemania 32.
Triple H is booked for that show, and thus the match is likely being built up for that show.
WWE is also considering keeping Roman Reigns off of TV until that special for an angle to build heat for the Wrestlemania 32 main event.
