uring the Justice for All panel by DC Comics at San Diego Comic Con 2017 (SDCC 2017), a panel focussing on the team members of the Justice League in their own titles as well as in the two Justice League Rebirth series, we learned some interesting tidebits about Superman in Action Comics.
Next week’s Action Comics #984 will include a major revelation that will “shake the core of the Superman family” according to writer Dan Jurgens.
Also, interestingly, despite Dan Jurgens long history writing Superman his current Rebirth arc is his first time writing classic Superman villain General Zod.
Action Comics #987 will finally reveal Mr. Oz’s identity and that will “change Action Comics moving forward.” The clues have been laid for some time.
Interesting times ahead.
