The Pulse:

For a book with two of comics most recognizable characters in it, the stories do not feel relevant to the brother DC line. These feel like fun, but throw away stories that may as well be inventory Elseworlds tales. That said, I liked this arc, generally, and the art was ok, mostly. 6 out of 10.
