DC Comics & Batman Urban Legends #4 Spoilers & Review: Death In The Family Rebooted, WildCATS Reborn Continues & So Much More!

Spoilers, Top Story

DC Comics and Batman Urban Legends #4 Spoilers and Review follows.

Death In The Family Rebooted…

…WildCATS Reborn Continues and…

…So Much More!

We open and end with…

…the creative team credits pages.

The opening story features Red Hood vs. Mr. Freeze and…

…the former’s realization he needs help.

Batman comes to his aid…

…quite literally…

…saving his life as…

…new villain Cheer emerges with Mr. Freeze.

In flashbacks peppered through the story we also see what happened in Death in the Family in the Infinite Frontier era; Jason Todd never died.

And, that was immediately contradicted in this week’s DC Future State: Gotham #2’s…

…first page!

Anyhow, Batman Urban Legends #4’s next story features Batwing…

…vs. Killer Croc.

However, all is not as it seems as Croc turns on and gives up the Riddler.

Next up is Tim Drake who appears to be Robin again…

…catching up with an old friend…

…who is the target of…

…new villain Chaos with…

…sleeping powder or power of some kind?!

The last story appears to begin with a flashback where Cole Cash aka Grifter is agreeing to work Halo Corporation’s Jacob Marlowe aka Emp and benefactor of the WildCATS.

In modern day, Grifter staged a fight with Deathstroke…

…to get into Lucius Fox’s building, but Superman shows up!

Others attack Lucius Fox and his tower, but…

…WildCATS’s Zealot aka Zannah…

…makes the lethal save!

Elswwhere, Grifter is teleported away from Superman presumably by WildCATS’s Void aka Adrianna Tereshkova?!

Looks like the World’s Finest are not the same page to end the issue.

The Pulse:

An action-packed almost 70 page issue with four (4) compelling stories. Two (2) Robins, a Superman, a Batwing, two (2) on panel WildCATS team members and so much more. I enjoyed this issue despite the cost. Solid art teams to go with the stories. Entertaining. 7 out of 10.
