Jason Powell at Prowrestling.net is reporting that William Regal is “said to be understandably deflated about violating the Wellness Policy for a second time. He recognized the fact that he was in the midst of the biggest push of his career and he knows that the timing couldn’t have been worse.” Several sources have told Powell that they haven’t seen signs of a relapse (Regal’s had addiction issues) and one said they ‘d be “stunned” if they found out he was using again. A WWE spokesperson declined to comment on the specifics of his Wellness Policy violation to the Hartford Courant.
