Episode 4.04: The Metamorphosis

The opening sequence of this episode will hronicles Summer as she powers through the five stages of grief. She realizes that she may be changed forever by moving to Brown. Seth also visits Summer. He is still supportive of her current activities. However, he is not allowed in the town meeting since he is not a student at Brown. Thus, Seth is all alone as Che and Summer hang out, but not in that way.
Ryan and Taylor begin their flirting in this episode. Taylor needs Ryan’s help actually. Ryan accompanies Taylor to a meeting with a French-speaking lawyer. Most of the scene will be in French with English subtitles. It seems that Taylor got married to a French man named Henri-Michel and now she wants to divorce him. Via his lawyer, her husband demands that she comes back to France and says he doesn’t want to divorce her. The lawyer says that to be legal in France, one of the parties must have been unfaithful or both must agree to divorce. That’s where Ryan comes in.
Sandy also longs for a guys’ night out.
Meanwhile, Julie and Kaitlin make attempts to stay out of trouble but both cannot resist the temptation of adding a little spice to their lives. Julie vows to turn over a new leaf, while Kaitlin, along with Brad and Eric Ward, meet a sketchy man in a parking lot in order to get fake IDs.
Special Guest Stars include Chris Pratt as Che, Jose Zuniga as Jason Spitz, William Abadie as Jean Claude Langois, and Oja as Taryn.
