It’s been almost two weeks now since Anna Nicole Smith died after collapsing at a hotel in Florida. The cause of her death has still not been determined; same as the fight over her possessions, the father of her baby, and where she will be buried.

Her body was embalmed today at the Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office in Florida which makes her almost ready to be buried. Vergie Arthur, Smith’s mother, wants her daughter to be buried in her native state of Texas. On the other hand is Howard K. Stern, Smith’s lawyer and widow, said that her wish had been to be buried next to her son Daniel in the Bahamas. Daniel died last year while visiting his mother after she had just given birth.

Smith’s will was recently revealed to also have left all of her possessions to her deceased son Daniel. The will was written in 2001 and had not been changed since his death. The executor of the will who can set up a trust and make investments on Smith’s behalf is also Howard Stern. Some of the language in Smith’s will doesn’t seem to include any future children or spouses, but there are also some parts that make notice to “children” even though at its writing, she only had one.

Throw in the fact that Stern is claiming to be the father of Dannielynn, Smith’s baby girl born only six months ago. His name is legally on the birth certificate, but three more men have spoken up claming to be the baby’s father since Smith’s death. Her former lover Larry Birkhead, former bodyguard Alexander Denk, and Frederic von Anhalt, the husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor all claim that the young girl is their daughter due to affairs with Smith in the past year. Paternity tests have already been ordered by Birkhead and von Anhalt.
