Where’d you get those eyes? Victor Salva looking to not only serve up one more helping of the Creeper, but two and he is going to be filming them back to back so we won’t have to go without for very long.
Last night, ShockTillYouDrop.com caught wind of an interesting development. In addition to helming Jeepers Creepers 3, franchise writer-director Victor Salva may be eying a fourth installment right on the heels of the third for MGM.
The studio, according to our sources, is interested in ordering up two sequels shot back-to-back – an exercise many production entities are exploring these days (see: Feast 2 and 3, etc.).
Salva most recently penned an episode of NBC’s Fear Itself – directed by John Landis (details). He’ll be taking the stage this Saturday to talk about the horror anthology series – and perhaps more (I’ll be moderating the panel) – at Fangoria’s Weekend of Horrors in L.A.
The Jeepers Creepers films have scared up a worldwide gross of an estimated $122 million. That doesn’t include DVD rentals and sales.
