PWI’s Mike Johnson reports that Rey Mysterio will not be at this weekend’s WWE house shows. Johnson’s sources say that it’s due to personal situation back home in San Diego, not an injury or suspension, but there’s no official confirmation of that from WWE or Rey Mysterio. Chris Jericho will replace him at a signing this weekend in Massapequa, New York.
Newsday’s Alfonso Castillo has a preview of tonight’s WWE house show at the Nassau Coliseum at the Steel Cage Blog. He’s reporting that HHH and John Cena will team up to take on Randy Orton and Chris Jericho in the main event, giving fans a Wrestlemania preview and serving as rare Cena/HHH teaming. Another notable match is Shawn Michaels vs. Vladimir Kozlov, a preview of Monday’s RAW match.
