Spoilers for the 16th April episode…
– The Governor is now just called Daffney.
– Brother Runt and Balls Mahoney appear to participate in the Team 3D & Beer Money feud.
– Christopher Daniels was revealed as the 4th member of Jeff Jarrett’s Lethal Lockdown team. He has a new style of tights and a remix of his old entrance theme. A.J. Styles was the one who made the request to Jarrett, who he still does not trust and expects to join the Main Event Mafia. The crowd popped huge for Daniels’ return. Daniels was scheduled to face Kevin Nash but Nash pulled out because of his injuries. A.J. said that meant Daniels won by forfeit but Kurt Angle substituted for Nash. The match finished with a double pin but Daniels was ruled the winner, only for Jarrett to overturn the decision after watching the replay. This means the Mafia have the entrance advantage during the cage match at Lockdown.
– Motor City Machine Guns beat No Limit to retain the IWGP Jr Heavyweight Tag Team Titles. They will next defend them against Prince Devitt & Ryusuke Taguchi on a New Japan show, which will also see Kurt Angle challenging Hiroshi Tanahashi for the IWGP Heavyweight Title.
– Mick Foley interviewed Cactus Jack as he continued to slip back into psycho-mode.
