Booker’s Dream Match With WWE Wrestler

News

In promoting TNA’s Georgia house show tour, Booker T. was asked by the Dalton Daily Citizen’s Jamie Jones who he wants to wrestle before hanging up his boots for good. It isn’t a member of the TNA roster:

“The only guy I haven’t wrestled in the ring one on one is Shawn Michaels. He’s the only talent I feel I need to test myself against. That’s the one match that hasn’t happened yet — it may never happen — but that’s the one guy.”

Booker also talks about the match(es) he considers the best of his career, his best of seven with Chris Benoit (whom he calls his “late, great friend.”), his time in WCW and WWE (he thinks he’d still be in WCW if it had stayed in business), and his current position in TNA as a mentor to young talent. He even gives Vince Russo credit for making him a star in WCW.
