WWE is planning on producing a new sitcom starring Santino Marella. On this show, his girlfriend would be Beth Phoenix and his best friend would be Vladmir Koslov.
There was a test of the concept on the Abraham Washington Show on a recent edition of ECW.
The plan is to produce three episodes, to air on the web.
Chris McCumber, the EVP of the USA Network, when asked about it, said, “I’m not aware of it. I need to see it. He’s quite a comedic character, so no doubt he will have a good sitcom.â€
