A few days ago we posted news about the upcoming releases of WrestleMania XXVI on DVD and Blu-ray. In the article I cited that the Blu-ray release would be exclusive to Best Buy. This was a practice that began with the release of Royal Rumble 2010 in March.
Well, in case it wasn’t clear as day, the official announcement has been made that Best Buy has struck a deal to have exclusive rights to titles from WWE Home Video on Blu-ray for a period of several months. Upcoming titles include WWE: Wrestlemania XXVI (Three-disc collector edition) and WWE: Best Pay-per-View Matches 2009-2010, slated for July 6 and July 20, respectively.
Again, Wrestlemania XXVI includes the PPV, the complete Hall of Fame Ceremony, and the full episodes of RAW & SmackDown! leading up to WrestleMania XXVI. Contents are as follows:
