Cassie Cain has been MIA since she stripped off her Batgirl costume, threw it at Stephanie, and then jumped into the Gotham River back in Batgirl #1 and fans have been clamoring for news about her whereabouts. Well, we know she’ll be back in some title in November, but now we know just why she quit being Batgirl!
It seems that in the event of his seeming death, Bruce told Cassandra exactly what to do….which included giving the suit to Stephanie and keeping in contact with Tim. Unfortunately, it looks like it will be another month or so before we know the reality of the mission!
