Three New Fights Confirmed for Strikeforce Event in Ohio

Three great fights have been added to the upcoming Strikeforce show in Columbus, Ohio on March 5th. Tim Kennedy will face off against Luke Rockhold at middleweight, Marloes Coenen will take on Miesha Tate in a 135 lb. women’s title bout, while Jorge Masvidal and Billy Evangelista will battle.

Kennedy was originally rumored to face Jason “Mayhem” Miller in a rubber match of their series, but will instead be facing Rockhold who is making his return from injury. Rockhold is currently on a six fight winning streak.

The Strikeforce Columbus event will feature a main event of Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante vs. Dan Henderson for the Strikeforce Light Heavyweight title.

Ticket pre-sale will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, February 1st and general ticket sales become available to the public on Friday, February 4th.
