In tonight’s Top Chef: All-Stars finale, everyone got the result that they wanted.
Everyone that I talked to was pulling for Richard Blais and in the end, he came through.
On the finale, the Blais and Mike Isabella were asked to create a four-course tasting menu for their dream restaurant.
Their mission if they chose to accept it: Create a four-course tasting menu for the restaurant of their dreams.
While, Richard’s foie gras dessert didn’t really go over well, he still managed to pull through. “I didn’t think I could do it,” Blais said.
Blais won the $200,000 and a spread in Food & Wine Magazine.
