**Back from Intermission, Jim Cornette brought out Davey Richards to offer him his title shot that he has been promised by ROH, reiterating that the next shot is at Davey’s discretion and will be his last.  Davey says he won’t take it because he doesn’t want to intervene on Eddie’s moment.  Eddie emerges and the promo shifts tone as they try to focus on tonight’s main event, but Eddie wonders why Davey would automatically think that if they were to fight, Davey would win.  Solid promo to establish some friction between the Wolves.

SHIMMER Tag Team Title Match
**Daizee Haze(W) & Tomoka Nakagawa def. Hiroyo Matsumoto(W) & Ayumi Kurihara via Tiger Suplex in 7:32. (***1/4) — HAZE & NAKAGAWA RETAIN

**The Briscoe Brothers (Jay(W) & Mark) def. All Night Express (Kenny King(L) & Rhett Titus) via Jay Driller in 14:49. (****)
Brutal match, Jay’s face positively COVERED in blood by the end, as a result of a Rhett Titus Sex Factor through the timekeeper’s table.

**El Generico def. Roderick Strong via Brainbuster in 16:12. (***1/2)
Post-match, Christopher Daniels ran in during a HoT beatdown on Generico after Cabana’s run-in failed.  Daniels then turned on Generico and Cabana and joined the House of Truth!

**Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin(W) & Charlie Haas) def. The American Wolves (Davey Richards(L) & Eddie Edwards) via complete shot (aka: Paydirt, Mic Check, etc.) in 31:59. (****1/2)
Post-match, more dissension is teased between the Wolves, as the finish saw Davey propelled into Eddie to break-up dueling submission holds by the Wolves, leaving him prey to aforementioned finish.  Eddie leaves first, with no physicality, but a lot of words exchanged.

Ultimately, both shows (it’s somewhat disingenuous to call them “nights,” as Chapter 2 featured a 1 pm bell time) hold up as among the best PPVs most people will see in any given year.  The match quality for both was fantastic, with more matches 3 stars and above than you can shake a stick at (12 out of 15), several great angles got started, and both of these shows are HIGHLY recommended.  Either check them out on replay at Go Fight Live or wait until they come out on DVD from ROHwrestling.com.
