Citizen Cold #1!
First he pops up driving the van for Aunt Iris, and getting left in the dust when she bails after their accident to try and talk to Citizen Cold.
Later on in the issue he’s spying on Cold, trying to get a picture of his unmasked face. Cold notices though, and Wally winds up frozen solid.
Is this the end of Wally West?
