UFC Announces Sell Out of Ad Space and No Plans For Airing Undercard

News

Tuesday at the UFC press conference for UFC 135, Fox Sports president Eric Shanks announced that as of this past Monday, all ad inventory for the event had been accounted for.

“The response from the ad sales community has been unbelievable and we believe that will carry through to next season,” Shanks said.

At present, UFC President Dana White said that they had been no decision made as to where the fight’s prelims would air, but did say the card could air on Facebook or “Fox dot…” as he realized he could have been letting the cat out of the bag. As you might remember, the Facebook fights are set to end when the Fox deal kicks off in January.
