The Dunphy’s new neighbors were a big hit on last week’s episode of Modern Family and we will apparently be seeing more of them tonight.
According to TVGuide.com, we will see Robbie and Amber show up in tonight’s Halloween episode where Phil decides to take over control of the Halloween decorating from Claire. The neighbors begin to offer their ideas on Phil’s plan which creates more tension with the Dunphys but apparently it is part of a larger scheme. Hmm.
