Inside Pulse Wrestilng’s WWE Raw Rankings 12.20.16

Features, News, Rankings

Welcome to the WWE Raw Rankings by Inside Pulse Wrestling.

In these rankings we take the top 10 contenders for the WWE Universal Championship, and Top 5 for each the Raw Woman’s Championship, Raw Tag Team Championship, and WWE Cruiserweight Championship. In the rankings we take 3 major factors into account:

-Win/Loss over the past month
-Amount of TV Time dedicated to a particular character and/or storyline
-Logical storyline progression

A new ranking report will be released after the first Raw after a Pay-Per-View event.

WWE Universal Championship – Kevin Owens (since 08.29.16)
1. Roman Reigns (1) (United States Champion since 09.25.16)
2. Seth Rollins (2)
3. Bruan Stroman (4)
4. Rusev (6)
5. Chris Jericho (3)
6. Sami Zayn (5)
7. Big Cass (NR)
8. Mark Henry (NR)
9. Titus O’Neil (8)
10. Curtis Axel (10)

Roman Reigns is slotted for a one on one title match at the Royal Rumble. Rollins continues to stay on the outside looking in. Despite a ‘win’ against Stroman, Zayn drops a few spots due to the nature of the match. Big Cass enters the Rankings for the first time with the majority of his time the past few weeks working in singles matches.

WWE Raw Woman’s Championship – Charlotte Flair (since 12.18.16)
1. Bayley (2)
2. Sasha Banks (1)
3. Nia Jax (3)
4. Alicia Fox (4)
5. Dana Brooke (5)

Now that Sasha & Charlotte have finally come to a close, Bayley is the sure fire #1 contender. Nia has made herself known again this week, and it looks like Foxy is too concerned about Cedric Alexander.

WWE Raw Tag Team Championship – Cesaro & Sheamus (since 12.18.16)
1. The New Day (Champs)
2. Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows (1)
3. Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins (NR)
4. Kevin Owens & Chris Jericho (NR)
5. The Shining Stars (4)

Cesaro & Sheamus finally dethrone The New Day, but they are still due a rematch. Rollins & Reigns and Jeri-KO both crack the tag rankings due to competing in a Tag Title Match last week.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship – Rich Swann (since 11.29.16)
1. Neville (NR)
2. The Brian Kendrick (Champ)
3. TJ Perkins (3)
4. Jack Galllagher (NR)
5. Noam Dar (2)

Looks like Neville is back, and looking to take control of the entire Cruiserweight divison.

The next WWE Raw Rankings will be after the Royal Rumble, and it it sure to be shaken up quite a bit in that time!

I like Comics, Wrestling, Super Mario Bros & Dead Space. Oh ya, and Scott Pilgrim.
