Marvel Comics Universe and Absolute Carnage: Scream #3 Spoilers and Review follows.
Scream…
…Sh-Boogie Bop…
Somehow Prince’s Cream lyrics popped in my head sometime around this issue’s read through.
Anyhow. Scream appears to be under Carnage’s thrall as her friends escapes his clutches and she chases here to meat locker.
Scream appears to be fighting Carnage’s control…
…and then attacks him freeing her friend.
A gory battle…
…ensues between Carnage and Scream…
…she gets mended, but…
…it’s not enough to take down Carnage.
She retreats presumably to play a big role in the Absolute Carnage #5 finale.
The Pulse:
An event tie-in that made some sense to exist with a compelling story, art that suited the tale and sets up a new Scream ongoing series. An entertaining issue despite all the gore. 7 out of 10.
