New WWE Intercontinental Championship Belt Debuts On WWE Smackdown On Fox!

WWE debuts new black strapped WWE Intercontinental Championship belt on Smackdown.

The storied Intercontinental Championship has an all-new look.

The redesigned title debuted on Friday Night SmackDown as Sami Zayn presented it as a gift to current champion Shinsuke Nakamura. The King of Strong Style now has an all-new accessory heading into his Triple Threat Match with United States Champion AJ Styles and NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong at Survivor Series.

Here’s shots of the new strap that already has replicas on sale at shop.wwe.com.

Also, here’s a look at current champ Shinsuke Nakamura’s title side plate.

This is the first significant change to the look of the title since its debut in October 2011; a minor change of changing the attitude era WWE logo to the current WWE logo was done in August 2014.

Well, the new look is slightly better than a fan mock-up; if you know who made this let me know so I can credit them.

Anyhow, below is the new IC title belt; plus here’s all a look at all of the current championship belts in WWE across all brands.

So, what do you think of the new look?
