  • Dune: House Atreides #1 – I never read all the Dune books, but I’ve always found the world that Frank Herbert made interesting. I remember Paul Pope drawing some Dune pages years ago, and that’s left me wanting a Dune comic ever since. This prequel series looks interesting, and I don’t really care that it will be a long time before I see the movie that should have been out by now.
  • Scumbag #1 – I fear this might be Rick Remender exercising his grosser, Garth Ennis-tinged side. But, I remember that one of the first series that got me interested in his work was the XXXombies comic he did with Kieron Dwyer about a zombie invasion at a porno shoot. So, this might be fun.
  • I’m also looking forward to new issues of Daredevil, Excalibur, Family Tree, Gideon Falls, Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man, Rai, Star Wars: Bounty Hunters, Stillwater, and X-Men.

Mike Maillaro – Is that House Atreides based on the prequel books by Herbert’s son? I enjoyed those.

Fulton– I’m pretty sure it is.

Matt Graham – It is!

Maillaro – Awesome!

Kind of a boring week for me. Nothing really all that exciting…

  • Batman White Knight Presents Harley Quinn #1 – I love the White Knight universe and it’s great to get more. But it’s not even written by Sean Murphy, it’s written by his wife. I wanna see more of his vision of Gotham, not someone else’s (even if that someone else is a renowned author in her own right).
  • Skulldigger And Skeleton Boy #5 (Of 6)
  • Dark Nights Death Metal Robin King #1
  • Justice League #55
  • Nightwing #75
  • Teen Titans #46
  • Family Tree #9
  • Amazing Spider-Man #50.LR
  • Conan The Barbarian #15
  • Daredevil #23
  • Excalibur #13
  • Falcon And Winter Soldier #4 (Of 5)
  • Fantastic Four #25
  • Iron Man #2
  • Juggernaut #2 (Of 5)
  • Maestro #3 (Of 5)
  • Spider-Woman #5
  • Star Wars Bounty Hunters #6
