We then get into the story and the Hellions learn that Mister Sinister has taken them to a different place than they intended to capture mutant dna; as a result they encounter the Locus Vile described in more detail here.
Sinister sends mechanical insects to collect DNA samples, but…
…the Locus Vile don’t appreciate that and starting killing and/or…
…maiming members of the Hellions…
…one-by-one.
Minister Sinister has what he needs and Psylocke sends Wild Child as a distraction, but…
…he too appears to be killed.
The book ends with Sinister slowed down, but not stopped as he and the remaining Hellions escape to home.
That is where Sinister completes the salughter…
…of his team and…
…pretends that he is the victim too!
