At the same time, their ally Norman Osborn finds out that the courts will not prosecute him / his alter ego the Gold Goblin over his self-defense murder of the Queen Goblin to save Spider-Man in Gold Goblin #5 (of 5).
That doesn’t make Osborn happy as he still grapples with his actions that day.
As does Spider-Man with last issue’s death of Ms. Marvel.
Interestingly, a sleeping Spider-Man is looked after by the sentient tentacles of a returned Doctor Octopus?!
