ABC has given the green light to the most new shows of any network this season. They have 13 new shows (5 comedies and 8 dramas) this season. Seven of those shows can be seen in the Fall. You wouldn’t think that ABC would have that many holes to fill, but when you look at the recent cancellations, you can see that they need new hits shows everywhere. Here is a look at their new schedule:

Of course, this lineup doesn’t include any of the mid-season shows. This includes, Cougar Town, which won’t come back until December after Dancing with the Stars finishes its Fall run and before it starts its Spring run in March. It will anchor a new Tuesday night comedy block at 9 p.m. Eastern time with two new comedies leading into it and another new comedy, Apartment 23 following after it. Five other new shows will likely find a place on the schedule later in the year or early next year as well.
Don’t be expecting V, Brothers & Sisters, No Ordinary Family, Off the Map, Detroit 187 or Mr. Sunshine to be on ABC, though, because they have ALL been cancelled!
