With Nina Dobrev recently confirming that she will be leaving The Vampire Diaries at the end of the season, it appears her character is poised to take the cure.
Fans of the show know that Elena has been tempted to tae the cure before and she has even dreamed of having children with Damon. While TVLine.com cannot confirm that Elena will end her run as a vampire or human, the site is reporting that Damon’s decision to either share or not share the cure will have a “massive fallout” for everyone on the series. That’s according to the show’s executive producer, Caroline Dries.
