Triple H had a cover story in WWE The Magazine where he said:
“If I can’t do this the way I feel like I should be able to, then I want to be done. And I don’t want to come back here and tarnish that. I don’t want to do the nostalgia run where I come out and say I’m the greatest in the world.”
He also said that he and Undertaker didn’t need the title to be over and Cena was almost there. He’s, in his own way, talking Mt. Perpetually Over here. He also noted that when he began there were 2 green guys and 20 vets, while now its 2 vets and 20 green guys.
I really do think the business will be in good hands with him.
