The Clone Conspiracy wrapped up in issue #5 in a big way (spoilers here) with Amazing Spider-Man #24 answering some lingering questions about the end (spoilers here). We also now have a one-shot, the Clone Conspiracy Omega #1, that also ties up some loose ends and presumably help further and reveal the new status quo.
