Bela & Boris Headline Universal Horror Collection Vol. 1 In June

Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi were a nightmare tag team duo. Sure we think of them working apart in Frankenstein and Dracula. But they also came together for quite a few films including non-Classic Monster titles at Universal. Universal Horror Collection Vol. 1 contains the times they were just monstrous to each other on screen including the disturbing The Black Cat. This collection is long desired since previously the films were crammed on a single flipper DVD disc for The Bela Lugosi Collection. Now they movies are upgraded to high definition so you can enjoy the proper amount of shadows on the walls. This boxset is bound to please loyal watchers of Svengoolie. Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi created some of the most memorable performances in cinematic history. Their unforgettable performances as Dracula and Frankenstein’s monster terrified a generation of moviegoers and when these two legendary actors came together for a series of films in the 1930s, audiences could not get enough. Scream Factory now pays homage to these legendary actors with the first of two collections, presenting classic films with all the care that horror fans have come to expect from the brand.
